I love this brand and have been impressed with every product I have tried. I received a sample of this and was like ‘where has this been all my life!’ I can’t go a day without Velvet Curtain in my routine. I have long, wavy hair cut in a shag. This gives me volume in the crown but smooth, frizz-free control through the length. I’ve never been happier with my hair :)
I tried this as a sample from one of my orders, and it gave my fine hair a feel that was too soft. It made my flyaways worse when I put my hair up, but it is good for shine if I leave my hair down.
My partner and I are now both using this product, and it fulfills different needs for us! For him, he uses it with his blow-dried hair to provide a little texture and volume, and to help manage flyaways when he pulls it back in a ponytail.
